Give Us Your AI Problem - Live Small Business AI Clinic

Have a business challenge you think AI could help solve—but aren’t sure where to start?

At our next BIC AI Salon, we’re turning the evening into a live, hands-on Small Business AI Clinic. Rather than simply talking about what AI can do, we’ll work through real business problems submitted by attendees and explore possible solutions together.

We’re looking for specific, manageable problems—a task or process you can explain in a few minutes. For example:

• We spend too much time answering the same customer questions.

• Preparing proposals or quotes takes hours.

• Our information is scattered across documents and spreadsheets.

• We struggle to produce regular marketing content.

• A repetitive administrative task is eating up staff time.

Think less “How can AI help my business?” and more “Here's something we do today that's taking too much time, costing too much, or just not working very well.”

When you register, briefly tell us what you're trying to accomplish, how you handle it today, what's not working, and what a better outcome would look like. We'll do our best to get to as many problems as we can to work through live as a group at the Salon.

No AI expertise required. Bring us a real business challenge and let's see what AI can—and can't—do with it.
