Meeting & Event Space
Main Event Space
The BIC's main event room is a flexible space, perfect for speaking events, lunch and learns, trainings, and other large gatherings. There is seating for 125 or more, and the space can expand as two double doors open to Innovation Hall and the Cafe Area. The Event Space has been built out into a sophisticated broadcasting studio, with an array of AV equipment and expertise available to bring a virtual event to life. It also has direct access to the MountainOne Pavillion.
Auditorium
The auditorium is located on the second floor and features stadium seating for up to 74 people for speaking events, classes, training, or lectures. It is equipped with a high-definition Epson projector, a retracting screen, sliding white boards, lectern, and available Owl labs video conferencing technology for both in-person and hybrid events.
Mill Town Boardroom
The Mill Town Boardroom is located on the second floor. It has standard seating for 14, whiteboard, high-definition TV monitor for presenting digital media, and available Owl Labs video conferencing technology for both in-person and hybrid events.
Conference Room
The Conference Room is located on the first floor. It has standard seating for 12, whiteboard, high-definition TV monitor for presenting digital media, and available Owl Labs video conferencing technology for both in-person and hybrid events.
Classroom C
Classroom C is located on the second floor. It has standard seating for 18, whiteboard, high-definition TV monitor for presenting digital media, and available Owl Labs video conferencing technology for both in-person and hybrid events.
