Berkshire Innovation Center (BIC) - Conference space

Main Event Space

The BIC's main event room is a flexible space, perfect for speaking events, lunch and learns, trainings, and other large gatherings.

  • Seating for 125 or more

  • Space can expand as doors open to Innovation Hall and the Cafe Area. 

  • The Event Space has been built out into a sophisticated broadcasting studio, with an array of AV equipment and expertise available to bring a virtual event to life.

  • Direct access to the MountainOne Pavilion.

Berkshire Innovation Center (BIC) - Auditorium

Auditorium

The auditorium is located on the second floor and features:

  • Stadium Seating for up to 74 people for speaking events, classes, training, or lectures. 

  • A high-definition Epson projector, a retracting screen, sliding white boards and lectern

  • Available Owl labs video conferencing technology for both in-person and hybrid events.

Mill Town Boardroom

The Mill Town Boardroom is located on the second floor and features:

  • Standard seating for 14

  • Whiteboard, high-definition TV monitor for presenting digital media

  • Available Owl Labs video conferencing technology for both in-person and hybrid events.

The Conference Room is located on the first floor.  It features:  

  • Standard seating for 12

  • Whiteboard, high-definition TV monitor for presenting digital media
